Hamfest Chattanooga 2026
Door Prize List
The Hamfest Chattanooga 2026 Team is proud to announce its door prize list for this year. Through the cooperation and participation of our vendor community, we’re able to make these prizes available to those purchasing a door prize ticket. Door prize drawings go on throughout both days of our show.
For larger value prizes, requirements to be present to win are shown below.
The Chattanooga Amateur Radio Club will make diligent efforts to locate & contact winners of prizes identified as “do not need to be present to win” based on contact information provided by the door prize ticket holder. Failure to provide accurate & valid contact information may result in forfeiture of winning status, so make sure your door prize entry ticket is correctly completed, accurate, and legible. If you are contacted regarding a winning ticket, you must promptly respond to our representative so that arrangements may be made to provide the door prize to you. Untimely or no response to our attempts to contact you will result in forfeiture of winning ticket status, and we will proceed with selection of another winner. Door prize tickets are not sold separately and have no independent purchase price. Door prize tickets have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Chattanooga Amateur Radio Club and its Hamfest Team thank our sponsors, members, and friends of our show for their steadfast support as we promote Amateur Radio, lifelong learning, and camaraderie of those with interest in the radio arts and sciences.
The IC-7300MK2 HF/50/(70) MHz* transceiver is an enhanced version of the highly popular IC-7300, which was Icom’s first amateur radio to employ RF direct sampling technology and sold over 100,000 units worldwide. It delivers high-end performance and features in a compact, cost-effective package.
With RMDR improved by more than 12 dB and transmit phase noise reduced by over 12 dB, it delivers even cleaner, more powerful signals. Reduced heat generation ensures stable, long-hour operation — perfect for serious DXers and contesters.
Grand Prize.
The IC-7300MK2 also adds an external display output (HDMI™ port) and a built-in CW decoder. New connectivity options include a USB Type-C™ port, LAN port, and dedicated receive antenna connectors. The APF (Audio Peak Filter) function further improves CW signal intelligibility. With all these advancements, the IC-7300MK2 redefines what a compact HF transceiver can do.

The Icom ID-5200A VHF/UHF Dual Band Digital Mobile Transceiver is a flagship Icom dual-band transceiver designed for operators who demand advanced functionality, exceptional visibility, and intuitive control. Featuring a large 4.3-inch full-color touchscreen display, the same used in the IC-705 and IC-7300MKII, independent dual-band tuning, volume, and squelch controls, dedicated physical function buttons for quick access to frequently used menus and settings, and the industry’s first mobile transceiver waterfall display, the ID-5200A allows operators to monitor signal activity, band conditions, and frequency availability with remarkable clarity.
True dual-band simultaneous reception supports FM/FM, FM/DV, and DV/DV operation, enabling users to monitor two D-STAR repeaters simultaneously or follow multiple communications at the same time. In addition, the radio supports V/V, U/U, and V/U dual receive operation for greater monitoring flexibility across amateur radio and AirBand frequencies. Enhanced D-STAR capabilities include Terminal Mode, Access Point Mode, DV Repeater Monitor, and image transmission and reception, while built-in 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi® with access point capability and Bluetooth® connectivity provide seamless integration with smartphones, PCs, and internet-based operation.
Additional features such as the Memory Scope function, microSD card support, automatic display brightness adjustment, Airband reception, USB Type-C connectivity, an integrated GNSS receiver, and APRS® support right out of the box from any Android device.
Flexible mounting options, including vehicle brackets, docking brackets, desktop stands, AMPS-pattern mounting compatibility, tripod mounting support, and compatibility with optional mounting accessories, allow users to install the radio in virtually any operating environment with ease.
